Thank you for shopping with Jnayne Studios! Below are the details of our shipping policy for orders delivered across select European and Gulf countries.

      I.          Order Processing

All items are made to order, helping reduce waste and support sustainable production practices. This means:

·        Production Time: 2–5 business days

·        Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    II.          Shipping Zones

We currently ship to:

Europe

Gulf Countries (GCC)

United States of America

Canada

Australia

Select South American & African countries as well as the Arab Peninsula

If you live outside these countries and would like to place an order, please contact us directly.

 

  III.          Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates and do not include the 7–30 business day production time.

Please note: delivery may be affected by customs, holidays, or local courier delays.

  IV.          Shipping Rates

·        Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.

·        We aim to offer competitive, reliable international shipping options.

    V.          Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

  VI.          Lost or Returned Packages

1.     If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local delivery service first.

2.     If your package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

3.     If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

 

4.     If we do not receive a response within 2 weeks of a returned item, it may be donated or discarded.

 

VII. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  •         EU orders: No customs fees.
  •         UK, Norway, Switzerland: May incur import VAT, customs charges, or handling fees.
  •         Gulf Countries: You may be charged VAT, customs, or duties at delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
  •      Rest of the World: Local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may apply at delivery, as per country regulations.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. They are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Jnayne Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
